Ribs!

No, we aren't talking about delicious baby back ribs on the Big Green Egg (although that it is a great idea for something to make this week...). We are talking about the support ribs that were damaged in Valhalla. Our restoration guy Kenny has managed to do a "ribectomy" by moving some ribs from an old Airstream to ours. He is still maintaining that our planned schedule of completion by May 1 is on track. The restoration will perhaps gain steam from a visual perspective going forward.
